Shipping Guidelines

Most Items will ship within 2 to 7 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

- Single, Small Item Shipment (shaft, head, gloves, shoulder pad, elbow pads, etc) = $12 flat rate
- Orders of Less then $500 (excluding Balls, Bouncebacks) = $18 flat rate 
- Orders of $501 to $2000 = Shipping never to exceed 6% of subtotal
- Orders of $2001+ = Never to exceed 4% of subtotal

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control backorders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is back ordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
