Returns / Warrantees

Prior to returning any products for replacement or refund, you should contact a Classic Lacrosse customer service representative by e-mail, Support@ClassicLacrosse.com, or by phone 877.511.8918, for specific instructions on where to mail your return and what information you will need to supply.

Unused items can be returned within two weeks of the date of purchase. Unused items returned in this timeframe will be credited back at the amount of the original purchase price. Items listed on the website as closeout items are not warranted in any way by Classic Lacrosse or its affiliates.

Qualified warranty returns should be returned within the warranty period (see below). Approved warranty returns will result in product replacement. Warranty periods starts on the date of purchase.

• Classic Lacrosse offers a one year, one-time replacement warranty on all Harrow lacrosse shafts. Our warranty covers breakage during normal game play.

• Classic Lacrosse offers a 30 day, one-time replacement warranty on Harrow lacrosse heads.
